1. Return Authorization

1.1 Return Requests: If the Company wishes to return products purchased from Renitya Industries, a return request must be submitted in writing within 7 days from the date of delivery.

1.2 Return Authorization: Renitya Industries will review the return request and, if approved, issue a return authorization (“RA”) number along with instructions for the return shipment.

2. Eligibility for Returns

2.1 Condition of Products: To be eligible for a return, the products must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. The products must also be free from any damage or signs of wear and tear.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

– Custom-made or specially ordered products.

– Products that have been installed, altered, or modified.

– Products that have been discontinued or marked as “final sale.”

3. Return Process

3.1 Return Authorization (RA) Number: The Customer must prominently display the RA number provided by Renitya Industries on the return shipment. Returns without a valid RA number may be rejected or subject to delays in processing.

3.2 Packaging and Shipping: The Customer is responsible for securely packaging the returned products to prevent damage during transit. The Customer shall bear the shipping costs and ensure that the products are shipped using a reputable carrier with tracking capabilities.

4. Inspection and Refunds

4.1 Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned products, Renitya Industries will inspect them to verify their condition and compliance with the return policy. If the products do not meet the return eligibility criteria, Renitya Industries reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

4.2 Refund Process: If the returned products pass the inspection, Renitya Industries will process the refund within a reasonable time. The refund will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.

4.3 Refund Amount: The refund will be equal to the purchase price of the returned products, minus any applicable restocking fees or deductions as specified in this policy or agreed upon in writing.

5.Restocking Fees

5.1 Restocking Fees: Renitya Industries may charge a restocking fee for returned products. The restocking fee, if applicable, will be communicated to the Customer during the return authorization process or in a separate written agreement.

6.Damaged or Defective Products

6.1 Damaged or Defective Products: If the Customer receives damaged or defective products, Renitya Industries must be notified within 2 days of delivery. Renitya Industries may require photographic evidence or other documentation to assess the damage or defect.

6.2 Resolution: Upon verification of the damage or defect, Renitya Industries will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include product replacement, repair, or refund. The resolution will be based on the nature of the damage or defect and the availability of suitable remedies.

7.Exceptions

Renitya Industries reserves the right to make exceptions to this Returns and Refund Policy on a case-by-case basis, at its sole discretion.

8. Amendment and Notice

Renitya Industries may modify or update this Returns and Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to the Customer in writing or through a prominent notice on our website.

By engaging in business with Renitya Industries, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this Returns and Refund Policy.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
